As a service provider on our platform, you agree to:

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Protect confidential information of clients and the platform
- Deliver services as agreed upon in contracts
2. Platform Usage
You agree to use our platform responsibly and in accordance with our terms:
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Respect intellectual property rights of others
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Report any suspicious activities or security breaches
3. Payment and Commission
Payment terms and commission structure:
- Commission rates will be clearly communicated before service delivery
- Payments will be processed according to agreed schedules
- Disputes regarding payments must be reported within 30 days
- Platform reserves the right to withhold payments in case of disputes
4. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data:
- Your personal information will be used only for platform operations
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
- You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data
- We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- With 30 days written notice
- Immediately in case of breach of terms
- Upon completion of all active contracts
- At the discretion of the platform for violations
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for:
- Direct or indirect damages arising from service delivery
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Third-party actions or content
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands and any disputes will be resolved in Dutch
courts.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes
acceptance of modified terms.
Important: By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by this Service Provider Agreement.
